    Steam save games are located in this directory:
     
    C:Users[userName]AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames
     
    Note that you will probably have to enable hidden folders & files to access some of these folders (toolbar > tools > folder options)
     
     
    When you do save a game, it's best to save it as Niko via the trainer - anything else and the game will probably get a bit confused!

    The closest I have seen is Policehelper from Abraxas. It hasn't got the ability to redirect around a street but you can place down roadblocks and remove them, place down cones that most AI go around and a few other nice features.
