    Couple of things:
    1. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
    Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
    2. If that doesn't work, rename mods to _mods and try again.

    Go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder and change the following to reflect below:
    Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
    Networking.DisableDiscordRichPresence = true
    PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn = true
    Frisking.DisableCovid19Items = true
    Callouts.DisableBigRadar = true
    AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true
    Main.PreloadAllModels = false
    WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
    Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
