    What do you mean you fixed it by resetting Windows? It doesn't work for me.

    I've been trying to fix this problem lately, but I just can't. RPH crashes immediately when GTA V opens, and it's because I unticked the "Disable DirectX Hook" option. Without it being unticked, I can play the game, but I can't open the console, nor interact with ANYTHING, so the game is practically unplayable. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me.

    Hi there! I'm having an issue... I don't seem to find the "common" folder in the main game's directory and I need it to increase the brightness of ELS. Any idea where it has gone?
