    There is no mods folder and i have just downloaded it.

    I have now tried every suggestion i have seen on this and on youtube. First turning off virus. 60000 threshold. disable custom loading screen. Waiting till the game is loaded to start rage. i have tried it all it crashes on startup every time. this is the log RagePluginHookLauncher.log
