LSPDFR, the game runs fine its only until i open RPH that it immediately crashes

Should I just give up still doesn’t work

Hi there i decided to return to lspdfr upon installing it the game crashes on startup without any reson too even with a fresh install no mods folder in directory, still crashes on startup. I have uploaded crashlog.
