    I was able to fix it, my apologies for not updating the post. The issue was through menyoo.ini, there was a setting marked as "vehicle_rainbow_mode", it was set to true.

    Hello! I had an issue with cars, any time I get into a car, the colors change to a rainbow pattern. (This happens with all cars). I don't know what to do but it is very annoying. If you have a solution I would love to hear it! Thank you! Solved: There was a setting in menyooConfig.ini that has the option "vehicle_rainbow_mode", set it to false.
