Figured out the issue. Just updated Rage Hook and it worked perfectly.

I'm encountering a peculiar issue after installing "StopThePed," "UltimateBackUp," and "Compulite" in my game. Although the game indicates that these are loaded, I'm unable to access their menus. I've tried a complete reinstallation, but the problem persists. I've attempted altering the key bindings (for example, changing from "E" to other keys), yet this hasn't resolved the issue. Specifically, with "StopThePed," double-tapping "E" near pedestrians does nothing. For "UltimateBackUp," I've switched the menu key from "N" to "B" and even disabled the LSPDFR, but to no avail. It's odd because some plugin actions seem functional, and I receive notifications that the plugins are loaded, but the menus still won't appear. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
