    Update: The game works now, i can go on duty from the stations. Thank you both i really appreciate this! You both have a good rest of the week!

    1. For starters in `Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR`:
    Remove the plugins in RED.
    Update the plugins in YELLOW.
    Delete the files in purple (they are installed in the wrong place).
     
    2. Reinstall Ultimate Backup you are missing files
    3. Remove any compulite files you have in `Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins` that is not where they belong
    4. More radio Chatter is missing some files reinstall.
