    My ELS cars wont stop honking after i installed new ELS Vehicles, i removed them but the other cars are still honking. I tried reinstalling ELS but it didnt work please help me its so annoying

  3. Low GPU and CPU usage and low fps

    I have 15-20% GPU usage and 25% CPU usage but that causes my game to have 30 or lower fps. Is there a way to fix this?
