I downloaded this unmarked CVPI and if you look at the pictures, you'll see where the spotlights are turned. I want to enable the feature but can't figure it out. Here is the car ------>

Hey, Everyone! I am currently having an issue (have had the issue for a while) that affects my components on the police cars. I have a few police vehicles that are able to have the components change but when I go to change the components, a light on the light bar (or any other emergency light on the vehicle) will blink real quick but none of the components will change. I have ELS installed, I did remove the els file for that certain vehicle to see if it would help but it didn't seem to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

HELP! This car is awesome! My only problem is when I spawn it, the texture is set for the LSPD and I can't change the liveries at all. Liveries number is -1. Any help will be appreciated!- 51 comments
