    Found it out. You just need to do the following. Go to your Windows Defender Security Settings -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Settings -> Scroll Down -> Exclusions -> Add/remove Exclusions -> Add your GTA V folder.

    Whenever I launch RAGEPluginHook, I get the pop-up that it has a virus in it. I checked my Windows Defender and it says that it is detecting something called GameHack I don't know what it is, nor do I know if it is safe to keep. So I don't know what to do now. I tried to reinstall LSPDFR, but now it says that an error occurred when I click on Show License.
