I managed to get it working by running GTA5 first, loading in the world, then starting RPH. A little annoying but it works now, although I'm wondering why it's necessary to start it like this and if there's a way to fix it so I can just start RPH preferably with auto load of plugins. Thanks for the help.

I managed to create a character, after selecting which the game stuck on the 'consuming coffee' loading screen. I exited the game and it now wont get past the GTA loading screen again. https://pastebin.com/KJA1nAa1

trying to delete this post because I didnt read: The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website. I copied the files again and it seems to be working now
