So I just learned it's because of the siren setting limit adjuster I installed into my game directory, any ideas on how to still fix this with this installed? Because when I remove it, it causes my headlights and brakelights to not work whenever I'm rolling Code 3. Sometimes it's just one headlight and one brakelight other times it's all of them, so I'd prefer to keep the siren limit adjuster but it's causing cars to not move and not pull over after being blipped

Hi everyone, I've looked up everything I could think of to fix this, I've changed the ELS.ini I've looked at my carvariations and other files but nothing has helped, when in game and driving code 3 no one moves out of the way at all, they act like im not even there, and when I push shift to start the pull over process it works to blip them but it won't actually pull them over when I then press the E key they just continue to slowly drive around no matter how many times I press E. I've looked at my keybinds but nothing seems to be off, I don't know anything about coding so getting in depth with my files is a no go, I hope someone can help me solve this. Thanks in advance
