  1. "Motion Blur" during Mod

    Hey guys. I'll try to make this quick. GTA IV starts up fine for me. And accessing the mod is fine too. Everything works. Except for the one son of a... Anywho, whenever I do ALT + P, the screen becomes blurry. The mod works fine and all that, but it's like I'm drunk. It's quite annoying. :( I apologise if this has already been solved, but I had a look/search and couldn't find anything. Is this a bug still to be fixed? Thanks in advance.
