Hello! This is my first upload on LSPDFR and only the second time I've made a texture for a car, so it may not be perfect. This pack aims to make very accurate LASD liveries. Lots of research and dedication went into this pack, so I hope you like it! It currently offers both Los Angeles and Los Santos liveries, with other lore-friendly liveries such as Davis and Vinewood. Hello everyone! Thank you for downloading. I’m excited to share with you a realistic model of the 2013 LAPD Ford Police Interceptor Utility (FPIU). I've been working on this vehicle for some time, as I realized there wasn't a hyper-realistic version available. It turned out really well, so I wanted to share it with everyone!
 
This highly detailed model features authentic LAPD bumper stickers and a Federal Signal Arjent lightbar configured with the LAPD light pattern, closely resembling the actual 2013 LAPD FPIU. Both the exterior and interior are fully modeled using high-resolution textures and decals.
 
Included in this vehicle pack is a custom handling.meta file for realistic driving dynamics and a custom vehicles.meta file with 500 LODs to ensure the vehicle remains visible from a distance. The ELS file is set to siren tones 1 and 2, with no priority, mimicking the real LAPD siren usage (Wail and Yelp only). I aimed to keep everything as realistic as possible.

Light setups
 
 
Something that has been several years in the making to go along with my other packs. This is a pack based on KHP's Troop A Region, which covers the Kansas City metro area including Johnson County, Wyandotte County, Miami County and Leavenworth County. While the smallest troop geographically, they are the busiest in the state. As KHP retires vehicles at only 49,500 miles, the fleet in this pack is kind of outdated, but I'm waiting on parts for some of their newest vehicles. Needless to say, I worked my ass off on this pack, so please enjoy. Included are 21 vehicle models and 42 liveries. Spotlights can be toggled by pressing H.
 
All vehicles are based on real life between unit numbers, patterns and equipment as close as possible.

FAQs:
 
ADD THE GRAPPLER TAHOE/MUSTANG-
No. There is a lack of reference/parts at the moment. If I do those, they will go on discord long before here.
 
My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add without completely bricking their game. This takes 5 minutes and is the easiest way.
 
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.
 
Change it to Los Santos instead of the real life name-
No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.

Story Mode Instructions:

Open OpenIV and navigate to the following directory:
mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_a_c.rpf\Replace the YMT in there with the one from the Story Mode folder.

[BACK UP THE FOLDER BEFORE DOING THIS!]
After replacing the YMT, open the folder named "a_c_mtlion", delete everything inside, and drag and drop the files from the Story Mode folder into it.

For the past few weeks, I have been trying to find a suitable livery that was lore friendly, yet.. I couldn't find any, the least I could find was a Los Angeles version.
I have decided today, to work on my first ever livery, and after looking at it in-game, I am pretty happy of my work. Considering I have used a model online to help me with the livery, I would say it looks slightly accurate to the Real Life version (LADRP).
 
So there you have it, a single livery for a 2016 FPIU model, if you have any opinion on it or if you would like to drop a review, I'd be happy to read them. And if you want to use the livery in a video, be sure to credit me. 💜
I may upload more liveries in the future, that is at least if I really want to, but for now, have this. 😀

Hey guys, this is my own take on a lore-friendly San Andreas Highway Patrol, which goes along nicely with 11john11's new SA Policing Overhaul
 
This pack includes 9 vehicles with different lighting setups (slicktop, Liberty, Vector) as well as black/white and polar bear liveries. All of the vehicles have custom-made assets and an optional file for steady-burns is included.
 
One more thing to say: This is in no way supposed to be a 1:1 faithful recreation of the CHP. I just wanted to do something I think R* would've added as an agency with my own little twist on it.

For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!


Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

Information:
Hello everyone! The time has come to begin releasing the older packs from Patreon. It was beginning to clutter up my hardrive anyway. It should tide you all over month to month whilst I try and get out more public packs.
 
This will be updated everytime the Patreon previous packs have been updated, so roughly every couple of months. In here you'll find old liveries, older mini-packs and so on. This is being released 'as is': I.E. there are no updates or support for these older packs. This currently covers 2020-2024, with further being added as it cycles through.
 
You WILL have to sift through these yourself, it's not up to me to tell you where everything is. Some packs have been merged for ease, newer packs are labelled 'DLC' as they use the DLC.rpfs for packs and some packs have screenshots, others I have added an OpenIV preview screenshot. I have provided guidance in the spoilers below.

THIS PACK REQUIRES THE 32 SIREN SETTING LIMIT ADJUSTER SCRIPT (SSLA). WITHOUT IT SOME LIGHTS WONT WORK!!!

Q. Is DLS Compatible with ELS? A. Yes! you just need to disable the extra repair fix in the dls.ini
Q. The pack doesn't work? A. Double check, Especially if no one else is reporting the same issues
Q. The Lights wont work or stays on? A. Make sure your DLS is working correctly and you installed the correct XML
Q. Some lights work. others don't? A. Make sure you have SSLA Installed.
Q. What format will the files come in? A. These files will come as a Addon ONLY
Q. My cars have wierd textures on certain parts? A. Make sure in your graphics setting your on DirectX11
 

HOW TO INSTALL!!!

Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "sbaplightning" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/sbaplightning/</Item>
 
Navigate to GTAV - plugins - DLS
Drag and drop the DLS XML's into the folder.
 
And lastly, Navigate to GTAV - Plugins
and edit your DLS ini. You will do this by going to the DLS ini i provided
then copy anything in the bottom of the INI past the "## THE FOLLOWING MODES ARE CUSTOM MADE"
and paste them inside of your own INI at the bottom. (or just drag and drop my ini i won't judge.)
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!



Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
