    It would be a great mod if I could use it. I don't know why so many mod authors don't think "Hey, I shouldn't name any of my .XML files for ELS as something generic." I can't install this mod because a .XML file would conflict. (police.xml to be precise) It should be unique to the pack or single addon, replacement, etc. I believe it should be made a file guideline so this would be required.
