RAGE & Lspdfr don't load at all and cant load any mods at all, this is also happening to many other people in new zealand, lspdfr needs a hotfix and lspdfr is broken

im having trouble with with my ai police cars as they dont activate there light bars but when i jump in there cars and activate the lights it works any help or suggestions be appreciated thankvou
