  1. Tried looking at DLCList and it worked for me, thanks. I couldn't see Rockford hills or the entirety of the north-east of the map. Seems something is messed up with NVE. I installed NVR instead and honestly think I like it more and it doesn't break the map. Thanks!
  2. I'm having this exact same problem, same setup and everything. I tried removing NVE but that had no effect. I think it may be related to something outdated. I think best chance at this being fixed is waiting for a new version of GTA to release or something, I guess for now no rockford hills calls unfortunately.
  3. I had LSPDFR installed previously with plenty of mods and addons, which meant I had to edit the DLCList.xml. I have never had issues with it. Recently my LSPDFR was acting a bit buggy so I decided to reinstall GTA and start completely fresh, however every time I edit DLCList.xml it gives me an error saying corrupted files and the game doesn't fully start. This doesn't get fixed with steam file verification, and I've reinstalled about 5 times now to ensure its DLC list and it is. Is there some reason why my DLC list is suddenly acting as a corrupted file when modified? I am able to play the game fine, but I lack a few mods now unfortunately.
