  2. ELS installed correctly but wont load?

    I found it in the manual installation version of the download. The automatic installer completely ignored the fact it existed and it wasn't placed. Funnily enough, ELS works fine for me now and all I did was restart my GTA, 6 times over. Now to install Police Radio and Traffic Policer(?).

    I consider you lucky you can even bring up the small light menu.. I've been trying for 3 days straight to get ELS to even show that. No forums, YouTube videos or anything are helping me.. I'm about ready to give up on it because I really wanted to use this like I had on IV and I can't..

    To anyone still watching this thread that can help... Where would I get "AdvancedHookV.asi" ?? Because that is non existent for me.
