Forgot to mention I also have GrammarPolice and Menyoo. I don't know if that will make a difference. I also experience an issue where I cannot for the life of me find the key binding that makes the ped pull over with the megaphone if they are taking too long. maybe it's connected to the horn but I cant figure it out...sorry if this post is all over the place. I've been trying to fix this issue for about a week now and I feel like I'm losing my mind XD.

I don't completely understand what you are saying here but I get the idea. I don't know if you play through Steam but if you do this video made a massive difference for me, this is my 2nd time trying to learn and play with LSPDFR over the coarse of a few weeks. Hopefully this vid can help you: Maybe you have already seen this but this made installing the game a million times easier for me. I would uninstall GTAV and follow this guide, that's what I did. It's completely up to you if you want to do this. Just thought Id try to help with what I had. hope all works well.

I know the original key bind is "E" for the horn but I wanted to change my STP key bind to "R" so I can yelp my siren to pull over the ped instead of blaring my horn but when on foot I end up smacking the crap out of the ped instead. For whatever reason the basic key binds GTAV use aren't changing when I assign them to a different key. I change them in-game then restart the game. The mouse button (Button6) works now that I've changed the button in the INI file for ELS but now I have 2 horn keys. "E" and "Button 6". I guess my main issue is the when I go into GTAV, I can't change the GTAV key bind and even though I go into the GTAV settings in the pause menu and change the key bind it does nothing. All the files are correctly installed, I've gone through EVERY INI file and double checked the install locations, all is good. At this point I am completely lost. Hoping someone can help. I feel like its something really stupid and it's smacking me in the face and I'm just not seeing it lol. Edit: I also have an issue where a menu spams onto the top left of my screen when I press "F" to exit the vehicle but to my knowledge I have no menus bound to the "F" key. The game is completely playable it's just getting really annoying lol.
