How can i add a custom logo for my custom agencies?

So a day or so ago i made a post asking how to make a custom agency (which it works) all the vehicles i listed show up in the agencies garage, but for whatever reason the prison transport van also shows up even though its not listed. Any Idea why?

Oh, alright. Have any idea about adding DLC vehicles to the garage for that agency? Cause i have the listed in dlclist, dunno if i need to do anything else. This is my first time using DLC vehicles and not replacement vehicles.

So i'm trying to create a "Secret Service" Agency and have it appear as an actual agency like LSPD, NOOSE, FIB, etc in the Go On Duty Menu. And i'm trying to add custom vehicles that i have downloaded and set as a custom DLC to it. I have tried adding custom DLC vehicles to the base Agencies.

I've been designing a couple of liveries, and was wondering how to add extra liveries to vehicles. I've searched a bit, but didnt find much on exactly how to add new liveries without replacing the original.

So i downloaded the most recent version of LSPDFR and every time i launch RPH My Anti-Virus Pops Up Saying I have a Threat Called "Trojan:Win32/Cloxer" Any Idea Why?
