    Tenes que instalarte el openIV después tenes que ir donde dice en la barra de arriba donde dice filtrar GTA V pones el nombre del archivo por que o si no te re tardas un huevo después activas el modo edición de seguro te va a aparecer un cartel rojo arriba le das en la primera opción copy to mods folder creo que era y te va a llevar a la carpeta mods con todo ya y después lo reemplazas o de otra búscate un tuto de como instalar autos replace
