    No, I'm not using the magnifying tool. PS. I can click the button the mouse is centered on in the computer, but I can't move the cursor.

    I searched around a bit but I found nothing. When I open the police computer while on duty, I can't move my mouse. All I can do is press enter to go furthur in, in the computer, like log in. I noticed it while checking a license of a driver I pulled over for wreckless driving. If I press escape I just pause the game and open the menu, and if I minimize the game I can't get in again, so I have to reboot the game. In other words, I can't use the police computer.
