Might be a long shot, but did you ever figure out what the problem was? I'm having the exact same problems for weeks, and i literally cant find a single way to fix it. From what I believe, it might have to do with Windows itself but id like to hear if you ever found out.

So basically LSPDFR loads as usual, but when I press B to open UB the plugin crashes. The other Bejojio plugins also don't respond when I press their keybinds. I've updated Ragenative, double checked all admin permissions and excluded the GTAV folder and Ragenative from Windows Defender, yet nothing works. Been trying to fix this for ages with no luck at all. RagePluginHook.log

I did! It was a mod that wasn't working correctly. I'd recommend going to the LSPDFR Discord server and send your log there in the support channel. They will help you. For people with the same problem, I'd recommend going to the LSPDFR Discord server and do what I said.

The LSPDFR plugin crashes the second i press ESC to get to the map. If i avoid pressing ESC, it crashes after a couple minutes anyways. However its not a crash to desktop cause the game doesn't freeze or anything and my other plugin (seatbelt plugin) is fine. I have been trying to fix it for around three hours and this is my last try to maybe get some help. I have tried to rename the mods folder to _mods and play, but the issue was still there. I have scripthookv and everything needed installed. Please help.
