hey so i installed vocal dispatch and everything, made sure to check the language (its set to en-US) and made sure the keys are right, so i hopped in game but whenever i click the button nothing happend, there was no beep or any signs of functionality, can someone help me with this? ok so i set it to a new key and it beeped, but after it beeped my game minimized and i tried pressing the key again but nothing happened, please help me

(I am not 100% sure about this, keep in mind) I downloaded the mod after being recommended on youtube, so I installed it and ran rage plugin hook as usual, it told me that it was being blocked and asked if I want to unblock it, I clicked yes and didn't think much of it, rage plugin hook then shutdown and McAfee told me it was a virus so I just didn't want to go through a tough time trying to convince McAfee that it's overprotective so I deleted the files, I then wanted to remove rage plugin hook from quarantine only to find out that there were tons of files that were being quarantined with random hashes and with the file extension .wtf, I was confused and looked at the date only to find out that it was happening while I'm looking at it, I quickly tried to search it up and found that they were encrypted files by ransomware, i was shaking and was panicking on what to do next, I started taking precaution backing up my passwords and important documents, at the time I'm writing I'm doing a full scan with Malwarebytes and McAfee, if anyone has any idea why or tips on what to do next or maybe why this happened or if it did happen from this mod, please reply if it was from this mod then what has the world become?

It was a simple yet great mod, however, the creator was too lazy to give the national guards rifles and the model of the guards were the fatigues and not the combat uniform, it was very easy for them to do that but they chose not to for some reason, I did fix it and changed their inventory so now they have rifles and the combat uniform, if you would like the fixed version, it's attached below And if you're the creator, please consider fixing the mod and using the XML I attached because many people see it as the main and most likely the only problem with this mod, thanks. yea i dont know why the creator was too lazy to do it because it was just too easy to do, I just changed the inventory from "biker" to "swat" so now they have rifles instead of pistols, i also changed the model so they have the combat uniform, i have no experience in creating mods so this just shows how easy it was to do, anyway heres the file (just replace the agency.xml with this one and make sure you have a backup of the original) agency.xml
