Singapore Police Force Mini Skin Pack

V1.5 is the final interation of this pack. No more work will be done on this pack. I have far too much to do and other projects that I need to get done. Feel free to edit textures and upload them.

This is a pack of simple textures for 4 different vehicles. The textures are designed to look as close to Singapore Police cars as possible with the templates provided with the vehicles. Textures with different unit numbers have been provided for models that support multiple liveries, meaning there are 13 textures included in this pack. In V1.1, the expressway patrol has been added. In V1.2, special operations command has been added, to give a total of 24 textures in this pack. In V1.3, Ambulance, fire engine and uniforms were added, bringing the total of textures up to 39. V1.4 adds a bus texture, a total of 40 skins. The final version adds a police bike with light textures.

-BMW Police bike with an emerglights_emis texture and light glass texture.

All vehicles are ELS V8 compatable and links to models are provided in the readme, along with detailed installation instructions.

Hong Kong Police Pack for Grand Theft Auto IV

This is a comprehensive pack based off of the emergency services of Hong Kong to give you the full Hong Kong experience in GTA 4.

This pack includes:
Hong Kong Police Force textures for 17 different vehicles. Textures have been done to change the ELS lights to the red and blue for each vehicle that needs it.
Multiple liveries for vehicles that support multiple liveries.
Textures for pedestrians to complement the police vehicles. Each male cop race (_Whi, _Bla and _Lat) has 6 different upper_diff files each. Meaning there are 18 variations of male cop featured.
2 Hong Kong Fire Services Department textures.
Fire Services paramedic and firefighter skins.
