    I'm trying to make a custom loadout but i dont know where to start im kinda confuse since this is my first time doing it i just have a question if should i edit the one inside the data folder or should i make a copy of it and put it on custom folder and should the name of .xml remain as is or i need to name it specifically so the lspdfr plugin will read it? TIA
