Just test for yourself, if LSPDFR crashes then it likely doesn't work

I use Albo's SirenMastery to control siren, KTFDO to keep door open, GrammarPolice, Policing Redefined, Legacy Radar, MTFO to manage traffic @ code3 run, and some most popular callouts.
And since I am first and foremost simracer I use ikt's Manual transmission as steering wheel support tool (great FFB) along with his camera mod - DynamicVehicleFirstPerson, InversePower for better physics and persistent_wheels_v, to keep my front wheels turned if I left them like this when exiting wehicle.
Last one, as handling mod - Drive V (which needs some adjustments to work on enhanced).

Well first I would start with Policing Redefined, which is an overhaul system for ped interaction and backup (Note that Stop The Ped doesn't work on Enhanced which is why I recommend Policing Redefined). Most callout packs should work, you can try other plugins too (if you crash then it probably doesn't work for Enhanced).
If you wish to venture into custom EUP or custom vehicles, that is more difficult and requires you to convert Legacy(gen8) models into Enhanced(gen9).
If you are looking at map mods (mostly paid) like LWE, FOSAU, GTAVR, which put trees & props around the map, it may crash while using LSPDFR.
