How to Install !
 
Extract the YMAP from the folder and set it on your desktop
Open OpenIV, install it if you dont have it already
[Make sure you go into edit mode!!] Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom maps.rpf
Then take the YMAP and drag & drop it into OpenIV then its in!
enjoy it!!

This is a retexture of a kayaking place at Tongva Valley on Route 11 into a Los Santos County Sheriff Department Station, I made it because there is no Police/Sheriff Station in this area and for LSPDFR I think it'd be useful to have an extra station. I added a stations.xml that you can add to your LSPDFR and spawn there. I also added the Sheriff and US flag as an optional ymap you can install into custom maps.
Detail Installation guide in the downloaded files.
Do net hesitate to leave a comment or DM me in case of problems, I'll try to help to best of my ability.
 
Credit to Zaney for an idea he gave me with his Park Ranger Station Retexture. I simply changed and expanded on his mod.

Paleto Bay Police Department Station Exterior
Replaces the Exterior of the Los Santos County Sheriff Station in Paleto Bay with the City of Paleto Bay Police Department.

Have you ever used a basic postal code map for lspdfr and didn't like how it docent sync with your postal code plugins? Well this mod changes that. If you have ever wanted your game to be more like fivem this is the mod. This mod changes your map and allows you to feel the realism. For example when your on a traffic stop you look down and call your postal out. Now you can look at your minimap and do the same thing. Your minimap will be linked to your postal code plugin/script.

FAQ
Why isn't the map working? Make sure you have every requirement installed and make sure you installed everything correctly.
The map glitches when driving vehicles? Your missing radarzoom.dll, shv, and or shvdotnet. Not having any one of those files in the correct spot is the reason why your map is bugging.
I installed your oiv and it didn't work? Join auroras server and make a support ticket.

Hello! I have been an inactive member of the LSPDFR community since 2016 and recently decided to use my design skills to create my first ever skin! These skins are based off Birmingham Police Department in Alabama. I am new to working with texture designs and will work to improve my work in the future as I work to make this texture into a bigger pack. Birmingham currently only uses FPIU's for their newer fleets but I decided to go ahead and make a texture for the CVPI and will be adding a 2018 Charger and 2016 FPIS in the future. Thanks for stopping by and all feedback is appreciated! I know I can do better so any tips would be great!!

This Dodge Charger is based off of Bay Minette,Alabama Police Department. I tried to make it accurate to the real thing as I could. It does have two extra's,9 and 12, that are a surgical mask for the rearview mirror and a wrap for the rambar. There are some options in the download for you. Such as rim color,window tint and ELS colors.Even a few extra liveries I made for fun. Don't forget to install the VCF!
 
 
To install the model:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police2.yft,police2_hi and police2.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF:
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police2.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police2.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save
 

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Hello there. My name is Romeo and one day I was browsing the LSPDFR website when I was saddened to see that LostBoyLazarus had removed his search items mod for STP. So me and my friend Westcoaster decided to take it, and not only overhaul it but make it our own original project. What was just some minor edits at first has evolved to be well.. This!

What this mod offers:
- Adds much needed immersion when searching subjects and cars, very much adding to that "I found a biscuit!" effect. Especially when used with Lore Friendly Charges and Citations for CompuLite.
- Enhances LSPDFR gameplay and roleplay, acting as a pseudo search system overhaul, especially when combined with Plain Sight.
- Compatible with STP's weapon serial number check. Please read the readme in the download.

Anyways, here is one I recently worked on just for fun and decided that I really liked the texture. I started with only making textures for arrexx's pack but decided to expand the pack to other vehicles. More vehciles will come in the future as well as I expand the pack. Inspiration is from Head of the Harbor Police Department cars. I hope you guys enjoy this and shout out to @arrexx and @Torz for the amazing vehicle packs they created.

I wanted a Custom Background and I couldn't find anything like this so I made my own and decided to share.

1. Drop the "LoadingScreens" folder in your GTA V Directory.
2. Make sure "Enable Custom Backgrounds for Loading Screen" is enabled in the RPH launcher.
3. Make sure "Disable Custom Loading Screen" is disabled in the RPH launcher as you want the loading screen to work.

I live in New Orleans, and see these folks all the time, so I thought I might as well make some.
 
These vehicles come pre-formatted in 4K, but if you would like 2K I would recommend scaling them in paint.net
 
Five vehicles are included. They are as follows:
1) 2020 Ford Police Interceptor Utility
2) 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
3) 2014 Dodge Charger PPV
4) 2018 Dodge Charger PPV
5) 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe
 
These liveries are based heavily off of New Orleans Harbor Police.
