I'm no developer by any means. But I may have a clue on what all the gibberish means.
1. Have you tried to run GTA V through the Epic Games store normally? If you haven't done so, that would probably be the first step to ensure that it is nothing wrong or corrupted installation of GTA V as its root game. The end command indicates that the computer constantly tries to run the executable file for where GTAV is originally installed. In this case, that would be EPIC. The Win/Kernel32.dll is basically the computer giving up on trying to open or in this case launch the core GTAV files in order to run properly.
2. The system may be trying to locate where exactly your GTAV.exe file is located and is trying to run the base game through epic games. Next thing I should ask, do you have anti-virus enabled on your computer? If so, that could possibly interfere with the rage plugin hook program itself.
3. Worst comes to worst, probably have to do a 'fresh' install of LSPDFR and eliminate all traces of the pre-existing download.
