i have plugins, other than that just eup and lspdfr, no car mods cause they keep crashing on me

yes i did enable them both, or is it in another menu? edit: sherif cruiser and all the others looks fine, the other police cruisers in the world also spawn with no lightbar on top

anyone?

Note: i narrowd it down its my mods folder with eup, lspdfr and patchday8l, i think im going to have to install it again

Note2: also did installed a glock skin and taser skin, and axon bodycams, only these altered the textures besides the vehicle pack All the mods were installed by opening the rar and copying the files and droping into OpenIV into their respective places as specified.
