    hello, my els is simply not working ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling asi manger that doesnt work. Ive watched countless videos to make sure everything is in the right place. Ive reinstalled els and is doesnt work. when i press ctrl p not even the box shows up but the back lights work. please help me, thank you
