Its a clean verison off the rockstar games launcher

I did everything here and still had the same problem but this time my log file doesn't even show up. What should I do?

The date of creation does not correspond to the date I last launched Rage. All the dates in there are 4 days old.

GTA launches fine without rage, and I launched rage again this time without plugins enabled and it gave me the same error.

It crashes almost immediately after the game starts up, I don't even see any of the normal GTA loading screens. And how do I get the RagePluginHook.log for you? Thank you for replying also

I recently reinstalled GTA and LSPDFR to start playing again as I took a break from it for about a year. Usually I have no problems setting it up but I keep getting this error when launching RagePluginHook. I have tried everything every youtube video told me to do from uninstalling and reinstalling to turning my Real-Time protection off to making an exception for RagePluginHook in my firewall. Any help would be greatly appreciated it as I want to start playing again really bad. Thanks in advance.
