  1. Hello Eli09, thank you for reaching out. Have you updated / installed the latest RageNativeUI? You can find it here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
  2. Thank you sir for providing these important codes. I'm sure they will be found useful in the everyday work of our fellow officers of the SAHP.
  3. But can you drag and drop the objec item under the dummy item in the hierachy?
  4. How about the other way around? Usually, a dummy is respsonsible for the position, rotation and size of an object. The dummy would be the "master", the object the "slave". Therefore it might be worth a try to put the object below the dummy in the hierachy.
  5. I see. Have you tried the Modify - Attach command?
  6. Hello @Lucas Lafaiete, have you tried the following approach? Select the the object to which you want to add dummy node. Click on the "Create Dummy" tool (main toolbar). Click on the surface of your selected object where you want to place the dummy node. After placing the dummy node, you can adjust its properties such as position, rotation, and size with the use of the Transformation tools (toolbar). I hope this helps!
  7. Hello @MrMistyMoist, I just wanted to take the chance to welcome you to the LSPDFR community! It's fantastic to have you rejoin after four years. Here's to new adventures and successful patrols ahead!
  8. Hello fellow officers, I've been researching in the same direction for some time and came across this video on Youtube. It shows a California HIghway Patrol unit conducting a traffic break on the Pomona Freeway 60 in westbound direction, approximately between South Nogales Street and Fullerton Road. The transcript of the video provides in the very beginning the unit's callsign, 83-31M. With help of additional documents and information, I was only able to decode the callsign as following: 83 - subdivision number of Santa Fe Springs 1 (located in the Southern Division Los Angeles 501 1,2) M - Traffic Enforcement Motorcycle Unit3 31 - I assume, this is a consecutive assigned unit number, as stated in the LAPD Line Procedures manual 3. If you can provide further information, please do not hesitate to comment below. Thank you. 1 https://wiki.radioreference.com/images/9/9b/CHP_Offices_and_Frequencies_003.pdf 2 https://www.chp.ca.gov/chp-careers/officer/why-become-a-chp-officer/chp-map 3 https://lapdonlinestrgeacc.blob.core.usgovcloudapi.net/lapdonlinemedia/2023/01/VOLUME-4-word-1.pdf
  9. *bump* If anybody has information or advice, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
  10. Hello fellow officers, in this post, I'll describe how to conduct a safe Felony Traffic Stop. I hope this information will find your interest and will help you to conduct Felony Traffic Stops in a safe manner. If you have any questions, additions or concerns, please do not hesitate to post them in this topic or drop me a PM. What is a Felony Traffic Stop? A felony traffic stop is a high-risk situation in law enforcement, where officers must stop a suspect's vehicle who is already known to be a possible threat. These stops are inherently dangerous and require careful planning, communication, and execution to ensure the safety of all involved officers and the individual(s) in the vehicle. Dangers of a Felony Traffic Stop Unknown Threats: Felony stops often involve individuals suspected of serious crimes, and the level of danger can be unpredictable. Occupants may be armed or have access to weapons, increasing the risk to officers. High Stress Levels: The heightened tension and stress associated with felony stops can lead to mistakes or poor decision-making if not managed properly. Risk of Escalation: There is a potential for the situation to escalate quickly, especially if the individuals in the vehicle are desperate to avoid arrest or believe they have nothing to lose. Crossfire Concerns: In a multiple-officer response, the risk of crossfire between officers is a significant concern, and coordination is crucial to avoid friendly fire incidents. Conduct a safe Felony Traffic Stop Communication with Dispatch is essential for your safety. Prior to making the stop, you should relay following information to Dispatch: location license plate of suspect's vehicle brief description of the suspect's vehicle and, if possible, description and number of occupant(s) You should always wait for the response of Dispatch after running a license plate. Once the decision has been made to conduct a Felony Traffic Stop, call for back up and wait for back up to arrive. Under no circumstances should you try to do it on your own. If possible, have the driver pull off of the roadway. The stop should always be done in a safe location out of traffic and away from pedestrians. Again, relay your location to Dispatch. Abandoned areas or areas which are known for gang activities are to be avoided. Vehicle position The patrol car is to be positioned in a way that it provides the most protection and safety for you. One way is to position the patrol car in a matter such that half of the vehicle's width is into the lane of travel. This provides a safe lane of approach to the suspect’s driver door, as it blocks rear approaching traffic from driving directly into your foot path. The patrol car should be kept at a distance of 15 to 20 feet behind the suspect's vehicle. Exit the patrol car as fast and safe as possible and wait for backup. Once out, draw your weapon and take cover behind the opened driver door or behind the patrol car. Do not engage the suspect's vehicle alone. When back up has arrived, is in position and covering you, command the occupant(s) out of the vehicle, one at a time, in the following order: driver front seat passenger left rear seat passenger right rear seat passenger middle rear sear passenger Each suspect is to be searched and arrested before another suspect is commanded out of the vehicle. 11. The later GTA VI is released for PC, the longer we can enjoy LSPDFR for GTA V. 😉
  12. Hello fellow officers, I'm reaching out to you to seek advice and recommendations regarding the "best" downloadable police motorcycle. In particular, I'm interested in hearing from you if you have hands-on experience with various motorcycles and have downloaded and tested them extensively. My focus is currently on the Harley Davidson Electra Glide, and I'm curious to know if anyone has had the chance to try it out. Additionally, if you have any comparisons with other downloadable police motorcycles you've tested, that would be incredibly valuable as well. Please share your thoughts, opinions, and experiences with the Harley Davidson Electra Glide police motorcycles you have tried. Your input will greatly assist me in making an informed decision about which motorcycle to download and use on duty. Thank you in advance for your time and contributions. Be safe!
  15. Nice work on the paint, @Kihnix! 👍 Out of curiosity: did you use Substance Painter for this effect?
Was meldet das System zurück?
  21. Hello @David Ord, Welcome to the LSPDFR community! I'm Officer Jebediah Turner, and I'm a pretty new member of this community and the San Andreas Highway Patrol. You'll find great support in our ranks, and @UnknownBastion is a prime example of that. Regarding your question, I can assure you that no two days are ever alike. That's why you always have to be on your guard when you're on duty. Always call for backup if something doesn't feel right. Safety first! Only yesterday, while on a test ride with the 2014 Harley Davidson Electra Glide, I found myself thrust into action when a dispatch call reported a robbery in the vicinity of Mirror Park. I swiftly responded to the call, navigating through the bustling streets with my sirens blaring and lights flashing. My adrenaline coursed through my veins as I mentally prepared for the encounter with the suspects! Only minutes later, as I arrived at the scene, I noticed two suspects wearing black balaclavas, exiting a store and attempting to escape on foot. I quickly assessed the situation, recognized the need for swift action to apprehend the perpetrators, and called for backup. The suspects decided to split up and each highjacked a car. As I could only chase one of them and backup hadn't arrived yet, I called in air support. A high-speed pursuit enfolded through the winding streets and narrow alleys of Vinewood Hills, weaving through traffic and endangering innocent lives. Eventually, I coordinated the use of a spike strip with fellow officers, which ended the attempted escape of the suspect, who was apprehended shortly after. The other suspect apparently lost control of his vehicle and crashed it. He surrendered after a short pursuit on foot and was apprehended by fellow officers from the SAPD.
  22. Hallo @Lucas Sonnabend3618, kannst du erläutern, für was du welche Tastenkombinationen geändert hast? GTAV? LSPDFR? Einen anderen Mod?
  23. Thanks @Cyan and the team for your dedicated work! It is much appreciated.
