    Hello all, I have been playing LSPDFR for a good bit and have noticed that none of the peds will wear bulletproof vests at all. Is there a way that I can have them wear bulletproof vests in the game? It is because my character kinda looks dumb for wearing a vest while others do not. I mainly want to make the bulletproof vest an outfit variation (like how there's "officer III", "Lieutenant" etc). If anyone knows that would be awesome!
