Oh I was just being an bit of a smarta$$, LOL.....Ive got my own issues now though with just getting LSPDFR to load from Ragehook. Just made a long post on it.

Ok, I will be honest. I am new back to PC gaming after a 10 year break. Played GTA V on 360 tons. Finally made the move to come back to PC and start GTA over there. After years watching multiple YT Creators use LSPDFR and other private servers, it looked so fun. So, downloaded LSPDFR. Downloaded RageHook also. First night, ran JUST those program bare, everything worked fine. Launch game from the RH plugin, hit F4. Type command to launch LSPDFR. Well, next night, I wanted to load a few other items, like new uniforms. I am new to modding GTA, but not new to modding game. Trust me, Flight Simulator back in the day had thousands of mods on my PC. But being new to modding GTA i went to Youtube to do my research. Followed Benzo Effects video how to install EUP 9.3 and other assciated mods for uniforms. I finally have OPENIV also after someone was nice enough to share the latest version from their google docs. After loading what Benzo said......Launch game from RH, press f4, start typing command, command no longer self finishes typing. Basiclly, its like it cant find the LSPDFR dll file. Shut down game. Relauch RH and hold shift to change it to auto load LSPDFR, and that isnt even an option in the settings anymore. I dunno what happened. Reinstalled LSPDFR (manually), tried all the steps again, same results. I am dumb founded. What do i need to do? How can we fix this (without a complete fresh install of everything).

I guess he didnt wanna help others?

im wondering the same thing. doesn't seem to be a reliable spot to DL it. Open to suggestions.
