    When I load it, only taxis and police vehicles (police-patrol- and police bike) is spawning. Also "police" is not working, only "police2" working and ambient spawning. Any ideas?

    It's because of RDE's scripts. Try CTRL+F9. And I recommend you, disable the SSR (CTRL+F9) before LSPDFR startup.
