    Hello, I found out the windscreen prevents the texture of police lights from appearing outside the windscreen. Only the corona can been seen. The texture will appear if the windscreen gets shot. It is Non-ELS default lights. I never mess with the windscreen or any window setting. This never happened in the past. I tried different vanilla graphic settings, whether low or high. It's still the same. So I guess it is not related to the graphic setting. Does anyone know how to fix it? Please help. Thank you very much. Please view the following 3 screenshots.
