USS CYCLOPS

I wish to install a set of new sirens into the game, normally it can be done by just importing the 'vehicle.oac' file into the ' x64/audio/../../' folder. The thing is, the modder did not provide a vehicle.oac in the siren files, what he provided were just a string of wav files zipped into a sigle 'siren.rar'. So obviously one needs to reconvert all these wav files into the original vehicle.oac or awc file? I've been looking everywhere trying to find a solution but no luck has turned up.

Cant seem to get Grammar Police to work,the plugin always loads properly though, just without the ability to use vocal, my WIN11 Speech Recognition do funtions,the preferred language is set as EN-US.

I was wondering if one,not currently angaged in any callouts, can play ambient police radio chatters while tuning into the cruiser's radio？ Just asking.

I currently have the basic Lspdfr plus 4 additional plugins installed,which are ELS,spot light, grammar police and assorted callouts respectively,beyond these are just a few simple car mods. I can load all of them successfully but somehow I could not interact with anyone or anything in the game. When in the basic LSPDFR, callouts would always end up in me shooting the suspect dead since I could not perform an arrest. Nothing can be triggered when I press E or any other keys when approaching a suspect. The problem still lingers when I have the Assorted Callouts installed. Below is an example, I was told to get briefed by Capt.Wells, but cant trigger anything by pressing any keys. As of now I still cannot locate the problem. Does one need to install Stop The Ped or other plugins to his game just to enable interactions? much appreciated if someone can shed some light to it.

I installed only the latest LSPDFR to my game with no other plugins present(no car mods,no Stop The Ped,no nothing) And LSPDFR firstly seems to load properly when I start the game via PluginHook. But when I finished creating the character and hit on the street in my cruiser, I discovered that every callouts offered by dispatch would end abruptly, before I even got the chance to reach there. Every time I arrived on the secene with blazing siren, the red-blue area marker is long gone and nothing is there. Also on the minimap there's no cone-shaped field of view marker on my cruiser as well. So practically I cannot respond and dealt with any calls before they disappear. I've been combing through the forum and still cannot find others with similiar problems Someone help me please.
