Hello I downloaded evcs from gtapolicemods and i'm having some trouble with it. I tried turning the lights on but the only thing that happens is that there is a dot in the middle of the vehicle. My 2nd question I had was how do i make els vehicles work with evcs i tried opening the ini file with a text editor but all it gives me is just random letters and such. I would appreciate the help, thanks

im waiting for the new version hopefully it has more unique calls..... any ways ppm comes with it's own lightng systme for non els cars..

1. Do you have to pay a certain price to youtube if your vids are any longer then 10 minutes? No you don't have to pay youtube, but you do have to verify your account by having youtube send a text to your phone. 2. Bandicam or fraps? Iv'e made some testing and with fraps i am having terrible lag. I dunno about bandicam, what's your opinion? I like to use bandicam its relatively simple, keeps my videos at a nice size also without using up to much memory you just have to press record every 10 minutes. 3. Serious or un-serious lcpdfr videos? I personally don't really play lcpdfr I use PPM, but I like to keep my videos some what serious. 4. Length of clip? 15-25 minutes is a good amout of time. 5. Any car mods and els? I like to use car mods. I don't use els as it lags for me so i just use non els cars. It's mainly up to you and how well your computer will run with els on.

bandicam is were its at great file size so it dosnt take up much room like hyper cam and fraps
