    I finally solved it. Tried to rename the mods folder to _mods and the game worked, so I just deleted the file and then started again adding the vehicles and it seems to work this time.

    About an hour ago I tried to install the CHP megapack 2017 in the game hoping it would solve a bug with the ELS siren lights (only the back ones would be on, the rest of lights were off the whole time, even with the siren on), and now the game crashes on launch. This is the crash report:
