    My streetlights are glitchy so as my trees are a blob. It started happening after installing the newest nve to gta and when uninstalling it my game does not have texture losS or glitchy lights. AND when I start lspdfr my game does not feel smooth and feels it has low fps but I am at 165 fps. DO YOU GUYS KNOW THE SOLUTION????
