    For anynone that could have same problem, the total fix is to download ENB version 0.275 and put the .dll files inside GTA V main directory. The newer version of enb used by NVE are incompatible with LSPDFR, now everything works correctly, only one thing, just start first GTA V then RPH! Thank you Charlie for the fast and comprensive support. Best of luck to you.

    Now seems to work, i would try to deactivate or unistall the NaturalVision mod, that's the only one i had before installing LSPDFR. Thank you for the support, i'll update the post as soon i find if that mod is the one in conflict. Cheers.

    Sad to say but not working, game just crashes about 5/7 seconds that RPH has started and hooked. However there are some new little things in log file that could be helpful, there they are:

    GTAV loads normally, but as soon as i start RPH it freezes then crashes.. On file log i see that it's crashing as soon RPH loads LSPD First Response.dll
