My gta and rph both won’t launch rage stays on the launching from stream prompt on the Home Screen and gta opens and closes right back up

I found out what was causing it thanks tho

i still havent find out how to fix it yes i do

it just started at the start of the weekend and its for both the replacement cars and the one add on i have

My els isnt working only the tail lights flash and the cruise lights no other lights come on ive tried everything to find out the problem and havent had any luck.
