I'm currently transferring my backup mods folder from last night, hopefully that fixes it.

UPDATE: I did the "_mods" thing and it loaded. But I don't know what the issue is inside the mods folder.

CRASH REPORT

Hello, my LSPDFR was working fine up until: -I installed gameconfig, pack, and heap -I installed a DLC vehicle pack and modified it to accept replacement vehicles (didn't get a chance to test it b/c my graphics got messed up)(YT tutorial I followed) (YT tutorial I followed) Current issue: -My graphics were stuck at 800x600, changed them, reset GTAV, and they still came up as 800x600 and other default-like settings. (To note, I was testing radience V and installed the high graphic mod optional setting, unsure if it caused some of the issues or not. -Game is now just crashing at gtav startup cutscene. -After trying to reset gtav and deleting the settings.xml file & editing it in (This PC-documents-rockstar games-gtav-settings.xml), I decided to verify game files through steam. After verifying, It said it replaced 1 corrupt file (settings.xml because I deleted it to hopefully reset it) GTAV will not even open, and glitches out on the rockstar cutscene police thing (when you first load gtav) Things to note: I wasnt sure if the mods folder came preloaded with gameconfig, but I deleted it alltogether, with heap, pack, (gameconfig), the DLC cars, settings.xml, and the replacement cars i was gonna modify. -everything was fine before i installed all of the above i wrote. - I do have a recent back up folder, But i dont know if it will help because i only see one settings.xml in rockstar folder. Please help me, Im about 5 days new into LSPDFR, and things were going good up until tonight. Thanks and much appreciated.
