    im trying to install the latest version of lspdfr onto a fresh version of grand theft auto off of steam. I use the automatic install version of lspdfr and go through the install, when i try to open ragepluginhook.exe through my grand theft auto directory it pops up with this error (image). This error appears even though ragepluginhook.exe is clearly downloaded with gta's file directory (image 2). Ive reinstalled gta to reassure it was a fresh install but the error keeps popping up, how do i fix this issue?
