How can i get those?

How do i fix a vehicle (RIOT) not spawning, not through any menu, F4, NOTHING, i can't spawn it and idk why, if someone knows how to fix that problem please answer

Sup, i got a problem with Ultimate backup that makes me a little mad. Getting started when i request backup from a tactical unit (SWAT). They drive to my location normally everything is alright, but when they get out they have like Tavor (i got weapon texture replace mods) in their hands and an automatic shotgun. How can i change their weapons to always be M4, and Pump shotgun?

So i got the lots of mods and my Stop The Ped isn't working, i got everything: [scripthook, rage native ui, nativeui, packfile limit adjuster, heap adjuster] idk how to fix it it worked before

So i got the problem with LSPDFR mod and the mod's name is [EUP VEST & Earpiece by Hanako], and my Eup menu.dll crashes when i load all plugins, when i play the game for like 3/4 minutes it gives me memory crash [ i installed Heap Adjuster, Heap Limit Adjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster, Scripthook V, Gameconfig, Nativeui, Ragenativeui, all the NEWEST] i tried every single tutorial how to fix it but it said "install Nativeui" i didn't do this because i got it installed NEWEST.
