Whenever I want to play the game the colours start going all weird and glitching out. The game isn't crashing and I can still hear everything going on in the game. This doesn't happen when my mods folder is disabled. If someone else has gotten this or knows what it might be please help.

I recently downloaded some addon cars and i wanted them to be in the garage so i named them police5 and police6 and put them into agency.xml and duty_selection.xml but they're not appearing in the game. My state patrol cars are working fine so i don't know what i am doing wrong this time. Do i need to name them differently? agency.xml duty_selection.xml
