    Realistic Blackout: When your health falls below 40%, your character collapses instead of dying.
    Visual Effects: The screen fades to black for a moment, then returns in a dramatic black-and-white filter.

    Dual Recovery Methods:
    Standard: Press L after the countdown to regain consciousness on your own.

    ⚠️ Known Bug: When playing as a female character, after regaining consciousness, your walk animation may temporarily switch to a male walk style. A manual reload of the save or using a style-changing menu can correct this.

    Central FL doesn't get any love on here so I decided to give it some. This pack is based off one of the most popular counties in FL, Orange County. I tried to make the lighting as accurate as possible so this is a non-els/ELS pack so you need to have SSLA(32 sirens mod) installed to make all the lights work properly.
     
    All vehicles have:
    movable spotlights (by pressing control and shift)
    working takedowns
    scene lights
    as well as trunk equipment all based off of what they use. This is a good-sized pack including ghosted and unmarked cars. All of these cars have the yellow gov. plates on them except the low profile Durango.  Huge thanks to @JankModding for making the plates. Also would like to thank @Echooo for finding all the references of these beautiful cars.
     
    The K9 Tahoes rear windows are opened by extras so they won't go back up if you fix the car
    The unmarked impala has extras to enable more lights and a rambar. 
    The ghost units and Durango also have white lights in the pattern which automatically turn off when you exit the vehicle.

    Install unmarked replace vehicles, as none of the vehicles in the packs listed replace vanilla police vehicles. Otherwise, you will see either vanilla models or the models you last installed spawning ambiently via LSPDFR or callouts. 
    If this happens and it bothers you, I suggest finding and using unmarked vehicles of your choice as replacers for vanilla vehicles. @Steve6645's unmarked vehicles are a very good option as he has enough to cover every vanilla vehicle slot and then some, and not all of them are natively addon.
    Final Notes and Known issues:
     - These configs were intended for use with EUP versions 9.7 or newer.  Older versions of EUP (9.6, 9.3, 8.3, 7.2, etc.) will NOT work.

    What started off as just 2020 FPIUs tuned into a year long project. This pack has been completely revamped from the ground up. You will need the 32 sirens mod(SSLA) for all the lights to work properly. With that being said there wont be a replace version anymore and some cars were removed. Main focus of this pack was to make FHPs newer Fed Sig fleet. One of the main things that was asked on here and in discord was FHP plates so I have added them onto the cars as well as non lore plates. This pack will work well with any other FHP pack out there non lore or lore.
     
    Some of these cars have automatic scene lights when you get out of the car you can disable this feature in the ELS vcf or hitting the L key before getting out of the car. The 18 FPIUs don't have this feature because the lights are on the doors and the lights would be floating when the doors are opened and I hate floating lights, instead the white lights on the valor/visor turn off like IRL 
    All of the K9 cars have the rear windows set to extras that won't go back if you fix the car. 
    The Chargers have a passenger seat organizer as well that can be toggled with extra_10

    Showing more love to Central FL. Osceola is another very popular county in FL and is right next to Orange County. As a resident of Osceola County I made sure to make these cars 1:1 of their IRL counterparts. This pack is a Hybrid pack so you need to have SSLA(32 Sirens mod) installed. Some cars in this pack have multiple liveries so make sure to check those out as well. There is also 7 chargers in this pack all which are used by Osceola. 
     
    This pack uses 2 Veshare YTDs so if you change something like lighting colors it will change on all the cars.
    The K9 2020 fpiu has hubcaps on by default but i have included an option for steelies if you hate hubcaps like me.  
    If the tint on the chargers are to dark you can change the tint level through any trainer. 
    These cars all have movable spotlights and working takedowns

    Hello! This is Northstar Development's Soundoff Signal nFORCE 2021-2024 Dodge Durango Pack! It features high quality paid parts with multiple different lighting modes and options, all toggleable via mod-kits and extras in-game! These six vehicles are preconfigured for FiveM with a ULC lighting control file, however, they can be used inside single-player utilizing Dynamic Lighting System (DLS). No support will be provided with installation for single-player.

    AGS: Accurate Gauge System
    The end of arcade driving.

    Most GTA V vehicles feel like indestructible slot cars. You floor the gas, the car goes, and the gauges are just static decorations. AGS changes the fundamental relationship between you and your patrol vehicle. By simulating the hidden stresses of mechanical driving, from wind resistance to alternator load, AGS turns every pursuit into a test of man and machine.

    A Dashboard That Lives

    Forget the static mini-map HUD. AGS introduces a professional-grade instrumentation suite that reacts to the physics of the world.

    Mechanical Needle Fidelity: Experience the "wobble" of an aging engine and the violent bounce of the needle when you hit the rev limiter.
    Fluid Physics: Your fuel gauge isn't a progress bar; it’s a tank of liquid. Watch the needle "slosh" as you dive into hard corners or slam on the brakes.
    The Interior Experience: Small details matter. The system provides high-fidelity (is this an ai word again?) feedback for turbo boost, oil pressure, and engine temperature.
    Automatic RPM Range: Vehicles with a higher RPM range will automatically swap to a texture supporting the rev limiter.
    Measurement Unit Support: AGS will automatically detect your measurement unit (Miles|Gallons|F|$, KM|L|C|EUR), you can override these units to your preference from within the menu.

    The "Live Design" Suite

    You shouldn't have to be a coder to have a beautiful HUD. AGS includes a powerful, drag-and-drop Live Editor.
    Total Creative Freedom: Open the menu and literally grab your gauges with your mouse (you can't actually grab them individually, but this sets up the paragraph). Scale them or tuck a digital speedometer inside an analog dial.
    Visual Inspector: Change colors and toggle sub-components in real-time. Whether you want a minimalist modern look or a cluttered "old-school" cruiser vibe, you can build it in seconds without ever leaving the game.
    Skin & Palette presets: Create, load & save your own (or others) skin and color palettes.
    AGS comes with 2 Texture packs, 5 skins and 31 color palette presets.

    True-to-Life Simulation

    AGS tracks the variables that modern games usually ignore. Every mile driven is a calculation of efficiency and wear.
    Beyond the Fuel Tank: Consumption is dictated by reality. If you’re towing a heavy vehicle, running your sirens/lightbars (electrical load), or driving a cruiser with the doors ripped off (aerodynamic drag), you will watch your fuel disappear faster.
    Terrain & Surface Logic: Driving through mud or sand creates rolling resistance, while steep hills force the engine to work harder. Even the "quality" of the gas station you choose matters—low-grade fuel can lead to stutters and misfires during high-speed chases.
    The "Cold Start" Reality: Engines don't perform perfectly the moment you turn the key. AGS simulates thermal curves; your car needs to reach its optimal temperature for peak performance, and it can suffer from "Heat Soak" if pushed too hard in the Los Santos heat.

    Intelligent Initialization: Every car you enter has a history. Based on the neighborhood and the vehicle, the fuel level is intelligently randomized. You might jump into a luxury car with a full tank, or a beat-up sedan that’s running on fumes and a prayer.

    THE TACTICAL SYMBOL CLUSTER
    The AGS Symbol Cluster is a dedicated, real-time diagnostic suite that brings your vehicle’s dashboard to life. Unlike basic HUDs that only show a speed number, this system monitors the internal health and electrical state of your cruiser, displaying icons exactly when you need to see them.
    Real-Time Mechanical Diagnostics
    The cluster is directly tethered to the vehicle’s physics engine. You aren't just seeing lights; you’re seeing the live status of your machine:
    Critical Alerts (Red): Immediate warnings for Oil Pressure, Battery Voltage, Engine Temperature, and Brake System failures.
    Mechanical Safety (Amber): Stay informed on ABS activation, Tire Pressure fluctuations, and Check Engine status.
    Lighting & Signals: Visual confirmation for High Beams, Fog Lights, Daytime Running Lights, and synchronized Turn Signal indicators.
    Tactical Sync (Cruise & Limiter)
    The cluster includes a dedicated icon that illuminates whenever the Cruise Control or Speed Limiter is active. This provides an instant visual cue that the internal PID-controller is managing your throttle, allowing you to focus on the road and your surroundings during a pursuit or a long highway patrol.
    Customizing Your Layout
    The Symbol Cluster is a fully modular widget. Using the In-Game Live Editor, you can treat the symbols as their own standalone element:
    Positioning: Drag the entire cluster to a location that fits your screen layout—place it between your main gauges, at the top of your dashboard, or as a minimalist bar at the bottom of the screen.
    Scaling: Adjust the size of the icons to ensure they are readable at a glance without obstructing your view.

    AGS requires a dlc to be loaded, the download includes both the LML package and manual installation.

    CUSTOM SKIN DESIGN: THE RIGID SPECIFICATIONS

    AGS uses a high-performance, stack-based rendering engine. Unlike generic HUD mods, AGS does not handle per-layer offsets. To ensure your skin renders correctly, you must adhere to the following hardcoded architectural rules.

    1. The Square Canvas Rule

    Dimensions: All textures must be designed on a perfectly square canvas (e.g., 512x512).

    The Center-Point: The engine draws every layer at the exact same coordinates and rotates the needle around the absolute center of the square (256, 256).
    Centering: You must center your gauge face and the "pin" of your needle perfectly in your image editor. The code will not reposition them for you.

    2. Hardcoded Texture Naming
    The TextureResolver assembles names based on the Gauge Type, Layer Name, and optional Suffixes (Unit/Time). Inside your .ytd, your textures must match these Base Names:

    3. Naming Assembly & Fallbacks

    The TextureResolver generates names using a PREFIX_BASENAME_SUFFIX pattern.
    Prefixes: Automatically added based on the gauge (SPEEDO_, FUEL_, TURBO_, OIL_, TEMP_).
    Suffixes: * _KMH or _MPH are appended for NUMBERS and LABEL layers based on user settings.
    _NIGHT is appended to all primary layers when the headlights are on.
    Logic: If SPEEDO_NUMBERS_KMH_NIGHT is missing, the resolver falls back to SPEEDO_NUMBERS_KMH, then to the base SPEEDO_NUMBERS.


    4. Speedometer Calibration
    Linear: Standard rotation (e.g., 1 degree per 1 MPH).
    Non-Linear: For realistic police cruisers, you can define degree-per-unit SpeedMaps in the configuration. This allows the needle to point accurately even if the spacing between your elements on the NUMBERS/LINES are uneven.

    5. Technical Design Tips
    Resizing Artifacts: Stick to 512x512. Using larger textures causes the engine to downsample the image, creating a "shimmering" or blurry effect on the dashboard.
    Color Tinting: Design your NEEDLE, FILL, and LED layers in Grayscale/White. This allows the AGS in-game menu to apply the user's chosen RGB tint to the texture at runtime.
    Layer Toggling (Flags): Use the flags in the config to disable any layer you aren't using (e.g., if your skin doesn't need a REDLINE layer).

    I had no idea I spelled deputy wrong I guess I was moving a little to quick and didn’t proof read hard enough!

    Pack is based off Multnomah County Sherrif's office. It was just a vehicle I found on google and rolled with it. The pack includes a 2018 Charger and 2020 FPIU which were pulled from Office Arks Los Santos County Sheriff's Department 1.0.1 pack. This is my second upload only so I am working on getting better pictures from in game versus open IV.

    READ ME: Follow the path below to replace the vehicle skins:

    Are you tired of clocking AI drivers at a max speed of 78 MPH? Then this the script for you! This is probably my favorite script I've been working on. This really does add a new layer to speed traps/patrols.

    Files go into the GTA/scripts folder. DO NOT run both the scripts, one is a test script, one is the fully functioning script. The .cs /txt files are for open source reference. I plan to continue to update this. Any community notes/suggestions will be taken into consideration.

    .INI file added. This file goes into the scripts folder. You can now customize: cars (add-on if you wish), Min and Max spawn distance, and how often cars spawn (currently set to every 10 seconds if distance checks pass). Make sure to update all files (MoreSpeeders) in the scripts folder for this to work. Old versions will not read/use the .ini file.


    -Includes spawn points for all highways. All LS and BL county highways now have spawn points. The only possible dead zone (no speeders) could be near LSIA airport. If you all really want a speeding spawn point near the airport, I can add one in a later release.

    Note: Testing script still included and has not changed. Will still spawn Infernus at the one spawn point shown in the Version 1.1 testing Youtube video link.

    Just a fun note: I clocked a new speeding record during my recent testing. I clocked the (add-on) car "teslax" at 106 MPH.



    What's New in Version 1.1


    NOW INCLUDED: MoreSpeedersSpawnTest FILES. Use these files if you think you are having issues with the script. The test script spawns only at one location and does not have the distance checks on so you can see exactly what/how the script is spawning cars. DO NOT install/run both at the same time. You will get a notification when the Infernus car spawns.

    How to update:
    Replace old files. They have the same name. DO NOT run the test script and the morespeeders scripts together. Run only one at a time.

    Cars now spawn at fixed locations on the highway, (currently in Blaine County only as testing continues)

    Spawn point is less than 600M but greater than 300M away, checks right before spawning so if traveling fast or in pursuit, new point is changed if distance checks fail.

    AI drivers should be able to engage in normal pull over behavior. Does work with Riskier Traffic Stops and vanilla lspdfr pull over.

    Clean-up added to delete vehicles/peds once they are over 1000M away.

    -Notification for each spawned car. Currently using just the Infernus for easy testing and visibility. Will expand this later on.

    Plans Version 1.2:

    -Add more locations like Los Santos County Highways
    -Add more Cars
    -.ini file coming in the future for add-on cars. Working on getting it to work right with game cars first.


    Version 1.0

    This script spawns a car every 10 seconds at approx. 350 meters away from the player.

    Once spawned and snapped to the road, the AI driver is able to drive up to approx 100 MPH if on a straight road with no other cars in the way.

    When testing this mod, I have been able to clock AI drivers around 80-90 MPH on highways, at least one every 30 seconds.

    I have told the script to change driving behavior and let the game control driving behavior f near EMS lights which allows the cars to be slowed down to be pulled over and/or allows for them not to wreck scene management during other callouts or scenes.

    --This will spawn cars everywhere you are near. If you are in the middle of a forest, beach, airport, or military base, you will notice the cars spawning inside those locations.

    --If you are in a pursuit and/or traveling over 100MPH, you will likely see the cars spawn on the map, if you are stationary/driving under 80 mph, you shouldn't see the cars spawn on the map.

    --Sometimes the spawned cars will drive off the road or not drive correctly. Just use a "clean world" mod if you see more than a couple of cars off the road. All/any spawned units can be safely deleted without any issues. I would say over 90% of the spawned cars spawn correctly so you may get a couple every 5 mins that are not driving right.

    HELLO!

    This is my latest model that I just made... I was not going to release it, but eh..

    The reason I did not want to release it was because of the rambar. The thing is no agency out there that uses the kind of rambar that I am currently trying out and I wasn't going to use it, but dare to try it anyway. This rambar is from Pro-Guard and I believe this was meant for unmarked cruiser or so. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, I would be glad be corrected than believe something that I may be wrong about.

    Anyway, this model is factional and so my other model that I had made but it also meant for lore. So even if it is faction, it would matter right? I mean the light pattern are not from any agency as a reference and/or livery. I just want to make stuff and have fun creating it.

    I had wanted to add more light and/or switch the lights around to make it more decent but it is what is it. I don't think I could do any better.

    For those of you that wanted darker tint, please head to your trainer V and do it from there. GM models does not come with a window template, so I could not place a darker tint onto the windows and yes... I had tried to make my own window template, but did not work.
