I know that it has been written and developed this way, but I've got to ask. Why in GTAV when you stand in front of a cop for 10 seconds, you automatically get a 1-star wanted level when doing absolutely nothing? It doesn't make sense.

I've got to the wikia section for GTAIV and it says the release dates for the PC version are TBA in each country...so I'm guessing so. What I want to know is if the developers will make a LSPDFR since it is in Los Santos rather than Liberty City.

Hello, This probably should go in the support section, but I cannot put a topic there so... Anyway, when I watch various youtube videos on how to install LCPDFR, many people have this folder present in their GTAIV folder (SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIV). I'm wondering if that folder should be included when you install GTAIV because on my PC, I only have the "User Music" in my GTAIV folder. Is there something I'm missing because I have all of the files from LCPDFR in that folder. Alex
